In less than a month I’m moving to San Francisco to start my studies at Hult International Business School. The last few weeks have been quite stressful, and I don’t expect the coming weeks leading up to the holidays being anything short of a hassle. There’s a lot to prepare for, including everything from finalizing the visa process, to finding a place to live. On top of this I’m having my final high school exams within this same period.
The good thing though is that my contact at Hult in London have been absolutely extraordinary, and stayed in touch with me on a daily basis for several weeks. All inquires are answered in only a few hours, and she often call me on the phone to hear if I have any questions regarding the process forward and checking that I have everything in order.
Before moving to the location of the campus you’ll be attending, you’re required to fill out quite a few forms covering things like transfer of credits from your high school-programme to your Hult Bachelor, and certifying that you have read, and agree to follow, the Honor code of the school. In recent days I’ve also spent a lot of time looking over the academic preparation material on myHult, the schools online portal for current and incoming students. It’s a great inspiration and motivation to perform good on the final exams in the coming weeks.
Due to my final exams I’ve been a little inactive during the past month, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m happy to answer any question you might have! I might add that last week I was appointed to the Hult Global Ambassador position, which means that I will be writing about my life in SF and about my studies at Hult on both this website, and Hult’s own website. I can’t wait to get started!
Studies start January 7th. You’ll hear from me by then!
